The equipment contains multiple protection measures:
protection from the intake pressure too low, protection from the outlet temperature too high, protection from the liquid level, protection from the flow rate too low, protection from the overheating, protection from the ozone leakage protection, protection from the equipment overheating, and other protection measures.
The ozone generator room and ozone generator unit are made of 316L material, the overall material is no less than 304 stainless steel, and the sealing and insulating parts are made of polytetrafluoroethylene and fluoroelastic. The chamber horizontal structure is used, and the discharge body is placed horizontally. The dual-discharge monomer is connected in series, which is conducive to increasing the ozone concentration and reducing power consumption, and the air-cooling design of the variable frequency power supply is safe and reliable. The PLC control panel is standard and can be equipped with various automatic instrument valves including temperature, pressure, flow rate, concentration detection, and control valves, which can effectively reduce energy consumption while meeting customer needs.
Performance Features:
1、The floor-standing integrated structure is equipped with external oxygen source or air source and water cooling, which makes the control instrument easy to view, the interface is laid out in the same direction, and is easy to install and maintain.
2、The discharge chamber adopts high-precision imported high-borosilicon glass tube microgap discharge technology and is efficiently integrated into a honeycomb structure.
3、The high-voltage power supply adopts high-voltage frequency converter or thyristor inverter power supply to achieve high concentration, low power consumption and stable output.
4、The control system can be selected for PLC control, which realizes automatic control of the entire process of water temperature, air temperature, pressure, flow rate, current, and ozone concentration.
