Composition of ozone system equipment :

System process description :

1. After the air is compressed by the air compressor, the oil-water separator and the main pipeline filter remove dust particles larger than 1 micron, water mist and oil mist, and then the refrigerated dryer performs shallow water removal, and then passes through the high-efficiency oil removal filter. Remove dust particles larger than 0.01 microns, so that the content of water mist and oil mist does not exceed 0.01mg/m3, and then enter the adsorption dryer for deep drying, so that the dew point of the air source reaches the required -50 ℃, and then pass through the general dust removal filter and The high-efficiency dust filter removes dust particles larger than 0.01 microns and becomes a qualified raw gas source.
2. The raw gas enters the PSA oxygen generator, and the oxygen generator is filled with high-efficiency oxygen-producing molecular sieves, and the nitrogen in the air is separated out by the alternating operation of the AB tower, and is regenerated during the emptying process for the next adsorption cycle. ≥90% of the oxygen enters the oxygen storage tank at the top of the tower for use in the later stage.
3. Qualified oxygen gas source is on the inlet pipeline of the generator, and dust particles larger than 0.01 microns are removed by dust removal and filtration. After the pressure reduction valve is decompressed and stabilized, it enters the ozone generation chamber. The inlet pipeline of the generator chamber is equipped with an automatic on-off valve, which can be adjusted according to needs. The oxygen supply is cut off at any time to ensure safe and stable operation. A safety valve is designed on the air inlet pipeline of the generating chamber, which opens when the system pressure exceeds the design value to ensure the safety of the system. In the medium-frequency high-voltage electric field in the ozone generating chamber, part of the oxygen becomes ozone, and the product gas is discharged from the ozone outlet after flow monitoring and automatic adjustment. The temperature, flow, and pressure transmitters are designed on the ozone pipeline. If the set value is exceeded, an alarm signal will be sent and the machine will stop. The ozone gas intake is set on the gas outlet pipeline of the generating chamber, which is convenient for the user to sample ozone gas and detect ozone concentration.
4. The ozone generation system is designed with a closed-circuit circulating cooling water system, which exchanges heat through a plate heat exchanger to provide cooling water for the ozone generator. The closed-circuit circulating water cooling system includes plate heat exchanger, circulating water pump and valve, etc. The cooling water enters from the bottom of the ozone generating chamber and overflows from the top to take away the heat emitted during the ozone generating process. The cooling water outlet pipeline of the ozone generator is equipped with a flow switch and a temperature transmitter. When the cooling water flow is insufficient and the temperature exceeds the set value, it will alarm.
5. The output of the ozone generator can be adjusted at the same time by a single unit or multiple units, and the adjustment range can be achieved by 10-100%. It is controlled in three modes of manual/automatic/remote, and the oxygen and power consumption are automatically adjusted during operation to achieve energy saving and reduction. consumption.
6. Install an ozone/oxygen leak alarm in the ozone preparation room. When the ozone/oxygen leakage in the environment of the ozone preparation room exceeds the standard, the detection signal of the ozone/oxygen leakage alarm will be transmitted to the first-level alarm and the exhaust fan will be activated to ensure the safety of the equipment.
7. Ozone generator operation mode: continuous operation or intermittent operation 24 hours a day.
8. The ozone generator should be equipped with a purging system for the remaining ozone during maintenance. When the generator fails, it can be purged independently without affecting the normal operation of the system.
