Case Details
The client was rearing yellow croaker fry at a density of 8,974 fry per cubic meter. There were a total of 32 rearing ponds, each with a capacity of 300 cubic meters and a water depth of 2.6 meters. Eight ceramic discs were temporarily placed in each pond.
Due to the high rearing density of the yellow croaker fry, dissolved oxygen was depleted rapidly. The client urgently needed a stable and efficient aeration solution to ensure the normal growth of the fry and prevent hypoxia from affecting their survival rate.
Based on the client’s farm scale and stocking density, a customized aeration solution was designed. The system consists of one 40-cubic-meter oxygen generator paired with 256 ceramic discs, ensuring uniform oxygenation across all ponds.
Following implementation of the aeration solution, dissolved oxygen levels remained stable and met standards. The fry exhibited high vitality and healthy growth. The client was satisfied with the aeration results and acknowledged the solution’s suitability for their operation.
