As yellow croaker fry grow, their feeding and activity levels increase, leading to a faster rate of dissolved oxygen consumption in the water. To ensure the fry’s healthy growth and prevent mortality due to oxygen deficiency, the client urgently needed a highly efficient and tailored aeration solution.
Taking into account the client’s stocking density, pond dimensions, and water depth, we developed a customized aeration plan. The solution included three 8-cubic-meter oxygen generators and one 6-cubic-meter oxygen generator, paired with 120 ceramic discs, ensuring uniform oxygenation and coverage of all ponds
After implementation, dissolved oxygen levels in the water rapidly met the fry’s growth requirements, stabilizing at 5–7 mg/L. The fry’s vitality improved significantly, and no signs of oxygen deficiency were observed. The client highly praised the oxygenation results and expressed great satisfaction with the solution’s suitability and practicality.
