Case Study: Oxygenation for High-Density Adult Fish Farming

Case Details
The customer operates a high-density adult fish farm consisting of two ponds. Each pond holds 600 m³ of water and has a depth of 2 meters. The farm layout is well-organized, and stocking density is relatively high.
Adult fish farming is a critical stage in aquaculture, directly impacting annual profitability. The client required an efficient, stable, and controllable aeration system to address dissolved oxygen-related issues, with the ultimate goal of achieving large-scale, standardized, high-yield farming.

Based on the client’s specific farming conditions, a customized aeration solution was developed. One CH-O20L oxygen generator with an output of 20 L/min was installed. Eight high-pressure ceramic discs were placed in each of the two ponds, totaling 16 discs.

After implementation, dissolved oxygen levels in the water rapidly reached target levels, and the vitality of the adult fish improved significantly. No oxygen deficiency occurred during the farming period, and the adult fish exhibited excellent growth. The client highly commended the aeration results and expressed great satisfaction with the solution’s adaptability and practicality.
